SchoolVoice

See SchoolVoice running.

A live demonstration environment, seeded with sample records. It is not your data, and nothing you do in it is kept.

What you’ll see

The parts worth your ten minutes.

  • The Communication Control Panel: choose a class, choose how to send, and watch delivery confirm parent by parent.

  • A student record with attendance, results, and fees attached to the same family the messages go to.

  • The parent's side — what a household actually sees.

  • Delivery reports by channel, including the messages that failed and why.

Access

Access details are issued on request. Ask, and you will get them from the engineer who would run your engagement.

A route through it

If you only have ten minutes.

You do not have to follow this. It is the path that shows the engineering rather than the interface.

  • Open the Communication Control Panel

Select a class, then an arm. You are choosing people the way a school thinks, not building a list of numbers.

  • Send across two channels

Choose SMS and voice. The cost of each appears before you send, not after.

  • Watch the delivery grid

Each parent's status comes in, channel by channel. Some rows stay unconfirmed — showing that honestly is deliberate.

  • Open a student record

Attendance, results, and fees all belong to the same family the message went to.

  • Switch to the parent portal

The same information, from the household's side.

We build systems like this for other organizations.

SchoolVoice exists because we met the same operational failure enough times to engineer it properly. Yours is probably a different failure. That is the conversation we want, and you will have it with an engineer.
