This site is published by AZCY Tech Solutions Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated under CAMA 2020 in Abuja, Federal Republic of Nigeria, RC 9376356.

It describes what we build and how we work. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a warranty, or professional advice for your specific situation — and no page here creates a contract between us.

Work begins with a written agreement. If we have not signed one, we have not agreed to anything, however encouraging a conversation was.

Access to SchoolVoice, PolyCast, the Smart Logging System, or DockAI — and any system we build for you — is governed by the agreement for that engagement or subscription. Where this page and that agreement differ, that agreement wins.

Demo environments are for evaluation. The data in them is sample data, it is not private, and it may be reset without notice.

We take care that this site is accurate, and the specifications say plainly which entries are design facts and which are stated targets. Targets are what a system is engineered to achieve, not a measured result and not a guarantee of one in your environment.

The content, code, and design of this site, and the names AZCY, SchoolVoice, PolyCast, the Smart Logging System, and DockAI, belong to us. Reading, quoting, and linking to any of it is welcome. Republishing it as your own is not.

What you send us in an enquiry stays yours. We use it to reply to you and to decide whether we are the right people for the work — see Privacy→.

Where this site links out, that site is not ours and its content is not our responsibility.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, which is where the company is incorporated and where it is regulated.

If these change materially, the review date at the top changes with them. There is no version of this page that binds you retroactively.
