Nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, tracking pixels, or embedded widgets. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Open your browser’s developer tools and confirm it.

This site stores nothing in your browser — no cookies and no local storage. Photographs are served through this site’s own image pipeline, so viewing them makes no request from your browser to anyone else.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request logs in order to serve the site at all. We do not build profiles from them.

The enquiry form asks for five things: your name, your email address, your organization, what the enquiry is about, and a description of the problem. Nothing else is captured from that page.

We use it to reply to you and to decide whether we are the right people to build what you need. That is the whole purpose. It is not added to a marketing list, and you will not receive anything you did not ask for.

We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertising networks or data brokers. We do not use it to train a model — ours or anyone else’s. We do not enrich it against third-party databases to find out more about you than you chose to tell us.

This page covers this website only. Data held in SchoolVoice, PolyCast, the Smart Logging System, or DockAI — or in any system we build for you — is governed by the agreement for that engagement, and in every case the operator decides where their data lives and who may see it.

The same rule holds throughout: parent data, well data, and customer content are never used to train anything.

If you have sent us an enquiry and want a copy of it, a correction to it, or it deleted, ask and we will do it.
